They very well could be. There are quite a few Joltik living in my suitcase these days. I honestly lost track of how many moved in.

Of course! As long as you're alright with them being there, I don't see why they can't stay. They obvious wanted to be there with you.

I don't blame him for being cautious though. Joltik are very fond of electricity.
