"Binoculars--these are--Pamela, these are wonderful!" he gushed, turning them over in a bit of awe. Sure he had seen binoculars before but the ones in this world were far more amazing than the ones he was familiar with and these in particular were fantastic quality. "They will go to great use, I promise you that!"
Without hesitation he hung them around his neck before motioning to her to wait as he moved to pull something out of his bag and hand it to her.
"Here. I..well I crossed paths with a young woman in Azalea who was from another region and was very talented in jewelry making and this--I thought you might like this," he said with a shy smile. Inside the package was a bracelet and ring set that looked to be made out of silver but was much lighter than it should be. Almost as if it were made out of... "It's made from recycled aluminum. I..thought you'd enjoy that particular part about it most."
Pamela smiles bright and delicately takes the set out of their box. "Oh, Newt, they're beautiful."
Her eyes light up as she places them onto her hand and walks over to him, slipping her arms around his neck. "I do. And they match my necklace perfectly." Said necklace, Newt's previous gift, is hung around her neck as always.
"I love them. Thankyou, petal." She pressed her lips to his for some deeper kissing than they've had so far this morning.
Relief flooded him as Pamela expressed her delight over the gift and he wound his arms around her waist as she came close, returning the kiss and allowing himself to melt into her embrace as he did.
"You are most welcome," he murmured against her lips as he finally pulled away, forehead resting against hers as he smiled softy.
She smiling as they hold each other, brushing their noses slightly. "You're very sweet." Pamela used his neck as leverage to pull him in for more kissing, the Safari Zone could wait just a moment longer, she decided.
Just until she got a nice flushed look over Newt's face. And the best way to do that, she figured, was to include some tongue in her kisses.
As much as he does want to get to the Safari Zone...he's not really going to object to this. It's nice to have someone he can be close to, intimate with and while he is still getting use to it he's getting better at giving into it and following Pamela's lead--
Okay yep that's definitely getting him flushed.
Newt pulls away after a few moments of her valiant efforts to fluster him, licking his lips and looking down with a breathy laugh.
"I daresay you're trying to distract me, Pamela.."
Her smile is sly as she looks up at him, licking her own lips as her fingers toy with the soft hairs at the back of his neck. "Not distract, petal. I'm just simply trying to thank you appropriately."
Ivy's eyes roam his freckled face, pleased with the red there. But she thinks she can make it slightly darker before they leave.
She pulls him down again so she can whisper with her breath warming his face. "Though, I believe a proper thank you would require you getting undressed again, but that we certainly don't have time for."
"Ah--no, I..that should probably wait for another time," Newt said with a hesitant chuckle, glancing down at the binoculars to fiddle with them. "Another time."
Not in a tent perhaps. Maybe somewhere not out in the wilderness. Just..another time.
Newt was torn between jerking backwards and maybe, just maybe, leaning into that touch but before his mind could pick one Pamela was already pulling away and heading for the exit.
Curse her.
"Ah--right, yes of course!" he murmured, clearing his throat and following her out the door, binoculars still around his neck.
Outside Ivy is already holding a Pokeball in her hands.
"I'm going to let Enipeus out in the water." The large purple Lapras had been invaluable on their trip, with the journey to the Safari Zone requiring surf.
"Are you alright dismantling the tent?" Her expression is playful again. "Or are you going to make a lady do it?" She teases.
Newt scoffs lightly and gives her a playful sort of look.
"I'll be quite alright dismantling it," he assured her. He may not be use to such fancy camping equipment but he's getting better at using it, thank you very much! "Give Enipeus a pet for me." And of course there would be more pets once he finished with the tent.
Ivy returns the scoff with a roll of her eyes and a tease. "Just don't want you to get overwhelmed, petal."
She heads to the shore and releases the large shiny Lapras. He gives a relaxed, greeting call and lowers his head so Pam can cradle his snout in her hands. "Hello handsome."
He gives another call then sets about doing some warm up laps.

She presses her body flush against his. "Another time."
Her hand strokes downwards to touch... lower. Then she pulls away to exit the tent. "We better get started."
