You'll be receiving a large box with some goodies inside. On the top is a holiday card, though it's more of a flirty love letter (made of recycled paper!) filled with compliments and lipstick marks just to make him blush.
The bulk of the box seems to come from the huge collection of berries and special homemade juices/smoothies for all his Pokemon.
For Newt himself there's a silver ring shaped into a dragon, rather simplistic in design. It's accompanied by a shirt which she found fitting when browsing the market.
Finally, Newt's main present; using the careful clippings of a tree, paint and preserve, Ivy has meticulously crafted a likeness of Pickett into a lapel pin, designed to look like its peeking from around the fold of his collar or the depth of his pocket depending on his preference of placement.
Newt's response to the gift is going to come in the form of a package of his own. It's delivered by Salazar the Noivern who's accompanied by Queenie the Audino on his back, the pair greeting Ivy with happy/excited noises.
The package, like hers, contains quite a bit of goodies for her Pokemon that Queenie and her helpers had made. There's also tons of paw-made cards that all the little ones put together!
For Pamela there are several items: A silver necklace with two leaves that Newt had made in Pewter City. A book on all Herbology related things from his world - what he can remember, of course, since that was never really his forte! It covers all sorts of plant-creatures as well as what various magical plants are used for. And lastly there is a slightly over-sized knit sweater in a deep, emerald green with thumb holes in the sleeves. The inside is lined with an extra layer of flannel for extra warmth!
There's also a letter that Newt clearly took quite a bit of time on because he wanted to express how much her gifts meant to him.

Salazar and Queenie are encouraged to stay a while where Ivy pampers them with homemade treats, Hazel bonds further with her mother and Salazar is welcomed into the fold of Ivy's more battle inclined partners.

[ Ash was used to having trouble with his Pokemon in various ways, but he would always admit that he wasn't educated on the matter. He wasn't a pokebiologist or a vet or anything like that. But he also didn't know who else to really approach about such matters. Most people in this world were like him; unprofessionals who were just sort of thrown into this world with a pokeball and a pat on the back.
But he knew that Newt was some kind of animal specialist from where he came from. God knows, Armin gushed about his abilities. So it seemed sensible to call up and ask. Ash liked to think he had enough sense to toss any bad advice out the window. He was sitting in his armchair, curled up with Macavity on his lap. ]

I told you about Team Rocket, yeah? Well, I've got..shit, five Pokemon that were hurt by them. One of them I got after that fire in Goldenrod recently - he's rough. Not like, in pain, he's scarred but I've had him checked by the nurses and they've assured me that he's in okay health. But he'll hiss and spit acid if I get within a foot of him, and he'll act hostile towards my other Pokemon. He's okay- I mean, he'll tolerate some of my Pokemon who've been held by Rocket in the past too. But others he'll attack, and I'm a bit worried he'll end up hurting someone or burning down the house.
[ Ash sighed deeply, eyes downcast. ] I just, want to help him get better. Even if he doesn't want to hang around and decides to go back to the wild, that's fine. But I don't want to let him go as he is right now. He'll hurt someone or he'll pick a bad fight and end up really messed up. But I can't help him when he's about as approachable as the gates of Hell.

[It takes Diana a while after she brought up the idea of visit for her to actually get down to Azalea. It's not that she doesn't have the ability to warp, it's just organizing to get The Pack down there. True, she could recall them into the system for a moment while she zipped down to the forest then released them. But given Toni, her main reason for swinging by, would probably not take that well, she'd had to go about things the long way. (Namely, telling The Pack to make their way to Azalea and dropping in to check on them every time they passed a city.)
She has Isla her Sylveon with her, who trots loyally at her side. She thought it one of her better choices since she was already bringing a large amount of Pokemon to this meeting. Isla was calm and got along with The Pack, she wouldn't be getting in the way like Diana's attention seeking main crew. She also has Petey in her arms as Newt seemed to like the Espurr well enough and really Diana just needed to keep an eye on him most days.
Then, of course, there's The Pack. Diana glances over her shoulder at them. The majority are a good few paces back, under Lana's command she assumes, knowing Diana is still unsure when surrounded by the whole group. Lana's just behind her though, pace casual. Diana wonders if Newt will be surprised, the number had increased by about 10 (she thinks?) since he last saw them. July's 'pups' were no longer that, now grown Rockruff and replaced by new puppies of varying breeds that stumbled and tripped around their parent's long legs as they walked.

[Newt was definitely going to be surprised by the sheer numbers but it was going to be a pleasant surprised. He had a very big soft spot for the pack as it was so seeing so many of them was going to be a delight!
The cottage, despite it being the middle of winter, is bustling with life when the group approaches. A number of flying type Pokemon are settled on the perches decorating the roof, chatting among themselves and fluffed up to stay warm. A small group of young Pokemon play in the front yard, so to speak, under the watchful eye of Queenie the Audino. The pond just behind the cottage seems to be hosting a party as the Lapras sisters play, a few other water Pokemon joining in the fun. None of them seem all that bothered by the approaching group and Queenie let's out a delighted welcome call when she realizes who it is--

She doesn't look all that impressed at the sight before her and stomps a paw with a huff.
